Paint will not dry

Paint will not dry Causes may include: - Too low temperature of the surface area or - Insufficient ventilation - For quick overpainted - Wrong diluent used - Mixing two-component paint not applied Solution: Improve drying conditions (temperature, ventilation). Drying the paint still does not then remove all the paint and after cleaning and sanding a new coat.
